Fallow deer are a very different breed. Apart from Moose they are the only species with naturally occurring palmated antlers. Through the rutting period the males relentlessly race around croaking and fighting. Fallow meat is arguably the best venison you will ever eat. We offer a few hunting options for these unique animals. Meat hunts for doe's, spikers and management bucks are available on our 7,000 acre free range Wairarapa property. Trophy hunting for free range bucks is available on our large South Island properties.
