Chamois (pronounced: sham-ee) are found in select alpine environments, scattered through the mountains of the South Island, New Zealand. These European animals are very flighty and have incredible eye sight. They are regarded for their difficulty to obtain a truly mature buck, as well as their curiosity.

We offer a few hunting options for these awesome animals. Trophy buck hunts as well as meat and management hunts. These hunts all take place on our free range, lower South Island property.
